Step 1 — Enroll Online
Sign up through our secure online form in about 10 minutes. We'll ship your Tooth Collection Kit to your home within 3–5 business days.
You'll need: Patient info and payment.
Step 2 — Schedule the extraction
Bring the kit to your dental appointment — for a loose baby tooth, an orthodontic extraction, or wisdom teeth removal. Your dentist places the tooth in the preservation solution using the included instructions. No special training required.

Step 3 — Ship the kit to our lab
Time matters — stem cells are most viable within 40 hours of extraction. Use the prepaid FedEx label and drop the kit at any FedEx location or drop box.
Step 4 — Cryogenic preservation
Your stem cells are preserved at -196°C in our secure Indianapolis facility, where they remain viable indefinitely. You'll receive a Storage Report confirming preservation, and your annual storage rate is locked in for life.
